Our usage policy

Comments reflect the opinion of the individual user. Individuals who post comments on thechartonline.com are responsible for the content of their posts. Comments will be moderated. The Chart reserves the right to remove/not approve posts without notifying the poster.

In order to maintain fair and meaningful dialog, posts may be removed and/or accounts may be suspended at the discretion of the moderator(s).

Here are a few common problems which may result in post removal.

* Interpersonal disputes – no flaming please.
* False statements about an individual or institution.
* Accusing someone of criminal activity.
* Religious, racial or ethnic intolerance.
* Excessive obscenity, profanity or vulgarity.
* Threats of violence.
* Name-calling.
* Advertising links or Web links solely for the purpose of self-promotion.
* Posting personal information about any individual.
* Spam comments.
* Misrepresentation of others.
* Registry of multiple accounts to create disruption on the site will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

We support the right of individual opinions. Theses guidelines are meant to further fair and meaningful discussion on the issues.
