On Saturday Nov. 15, PEO will be hosting its second Chocolate Festival. The Chocolate Festival is a fundraiser for a variety of community issues. However, the main focus of this fundraiser to raise scholarship money for single and divorced women that are down on cash and wish to pursue or continue their college education.
